Sr Program Manager I - Implementation (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $142,000–$158,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead new-logo implementation programs from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and launch.
• Build and maintain program schedules, scope, deliverables, budgets, milestones, and success metrics across multiple product lines.
• Coordinate functional project managers and cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, and Support.
• Track risks, tickets, backlogs, customer issues, and mitigation plans while communicating program status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, host meetings, manage documentation and change requests, and support customer satisfaction throughout implementation.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, conduct senior leadership reviews, and mentor new project managers and team members.

Requirements

• Experience in the FinTech or SaaS industry leading projects related to digital banking.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, programs, and portfolios within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence, including ticket and backlog management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing large-scale programs, project budgets, stakeholders, and customer-reported issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaborate effectively in a high-pressure environment.
