What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to define and communicate strategic priorities and success metrics.
• Establish and manage the rhythm of the business, including leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Lead cross-functional strategic programs from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Act as a thought partner to the executive team, providing strategic counsel and operational support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic program management or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology and processes.
