Technical Support Specialist (Water Quality)

Location: Remote from the United States, based out of Fort Worth, Texas; occasional travel to the Fort Worth office is required for meetings, training, or as directed.

Salary: $23–$28 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide troubleshooting support for residential and commercial water conditioning and filtration products.
• Resolve customer issues by phone and email, escalating complex concerns internally.
• Assist dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and other business customers with equipment installation and setup.
• Enter customer orders, process warranty replacements, and manage post-sales order support.
• Document customer needs and concerns using CRM and other software tools.
• Recommend products, collaborate with customer service and technical teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Technical and mechanical experience resolving product performance issues.
• Experience with residential and commercial water filtration and conditioning systems is preferred.
• An associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, work reliably, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to work remotely in an office environment and occasionally work from the Fort Worth office.

Nice to have

• Master Water Specialist certification.
