Facilities Contract Manager

What you will do

• Oversee operational and commercial performance for hard and soft facilities management service contracts.
• Manage vendor performance through SLA and KPI reviews, scorecards, action tracking, and supplier accountability.
• Track serviced assets, statutory inspections, legal requirements, maintenance data, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment processes.
• Lead cost management activities, including Opex reviews, accruals, forecasting, budget preparation, cost trackers, and savings initiatives.
• Manage contract expirations, renewals, terminations, new vendor administration, RFPs, and mobilisation with procurement and Legal.
• Work with the Operations Director and Facilities Operations Managers to improve systems, documentation, procedures, policies, and operational processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience overseeing facilities maintenance or operations across a minimum of 5 locations.
• Experience managing a team and handling complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.
• Business-fluent German and English are required.
• Understanding of compliance, safety standards, and operational KPIs.
• Working knowledge of commercial MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, and electrical distribution networks.
• Strong communication, organization, written, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
