What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and capital investment projects with internal and external personnel.
• Develop, implement, and improve automation solutions for new and existing industrial systems.
• Plan hardware and software projects in cooperation with suppliers.
• Prepare technical documentation for machinery procurement, installation, and maintenance, and supervise execution.
• Provide technical support to workshop team leaders and help determine spare-parts inventory.
• Support the creation and optimization of maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• Completed technical university degree, technical vocational training with further education, or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of experience in industrial maintenance, special-purpose machine manufacturing, or quality management in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Siemens TIA, industrial machinery, associated processes, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of FMEA, audit management, complaint handling, relevant standards such as ISO 9001, and quality methods including 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, SPC, or Six Sigma.
• Structured, analytical, solution-oriented, and assertive working style with strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, are required.
