Senior Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: US-PA-Cheswick (EMD); flexible 9/80 work schedule. Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens and able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Salary: $113,900–$189,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and execute mid-sized projects or defined portions of larger programs in line with contract requirements and company policies.
• Define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives while managing technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Lead project teams and meetings, monitor progress, and communicate status, issues, and resolution options to customers and management.
• Manage project scope, requirements, quality, resources, costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Develop and monitor project risk-management plans and implement change-management documentation, communication plans, and training.
• Coordinate with sourcing teams and suppliers to secure materials for current projects and future production, while supporting proposals and follow-on business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or an equivalent field.
• 7+ years of project management or project leadership experience.
• Strong organization, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and procedures.
• US citizenship is required due to DoD requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance is required.
