What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end scoping, planning, and execution of high-priority engineering projects focused on Active Copper productization and manufacturing scale-up.
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Product Management, and R&D teams globally.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource strategies, and portfolio tracking systems.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Report project status and insights to senior leadership to support business and financial decisions.
• Improve project management processes, remove bottlenecks, and support initiatives targeting revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience with engineering processes, manufacturing, technical roadmaps, project management tools, and reporting systems.
• Advanced risk assessment, mitigation planning, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and communicate with senior leadership.
• Ability to connect project execution with broader business objectives and financial outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree required; experience in factory startups, scale-up projects, or complex engineering environments is preferred.
