Data Centre Engineer

Location: Poland; remote or office work. Travel for up to two weeks per month and on-call support may be required.

What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, replace, and repair servers, storage systems, network equipment, and supporting data centre infrastructure.
• Monitor data centre health, availability, and performance, resolving issues before they affect operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, storage, power, and connectivity incidents to minimize downtime.
• Support deployments, migrations, rack installations, and infrastructure expansion across multiple locations.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, cabling records, operational procedures, and change management activities.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and clients while supporting security, safety, incident response, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Centre Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or in a similar hands-on infrastructure role.
• Experience with server, storage, and networking technologies in enterprise or data centre environments.
• Strong understanding of cabling, power distribution, cooling systems, rack management, and physical data centre infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment replacement.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux server environments, TCP/IP, routing, switching, connectivity troubleshooting, and network diagnostics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with willingness to travel and participate in on-call support.
