TL;DR
IT Support Engineer (MDM and Corporate IT): Supporting office networks, computers, equipment, employee access, and remote users with an accent on MDM administration, asset management, and endpoint troubleshooting. Focus on configuring network and access-control systems, managing credentials and group policies, and resolving software and hardware issues across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
Location: Cyprus; work remotely or on-site.

What you will do
- Set up and support the corporate office network.
- Maintain office computers and equipment.
- Manage IT assets and inventory systems.
- Provide technical support to employees, including remote users.
- Administer MDM solutions, credentials, group policies, and access rights.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and perform modular hardware repairs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience with MDM solutions, deployment tools, ticketing systems, wikis, and inventory systems.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN technologies.
- Administrator-level experience with macOS and Windows, plus basic Linux knowledge.
- Basic experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- English at B1 level required.
