What you will do

• Operate, provision, configure, patch, upgrade, troubleshoot, and decommission Linux servers across their full lifecycle.
• Manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Rocky Linux, Debian, and Ubuntu environments hosted on VMware infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, performance, capacity, stability, and security of Linux-based services and platforms.
• Design and maintain automation for OS configuration, patch management, compliance checks, and operational processes.
• Investigate incidents and alerts, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity planning, documentation, and cross-functional datacenter projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Knowledge of RHEL, Rocky Linux, Debian, Ubuntu, and Red Hat Satellite.
• Experience with Bash scripting, Ansible, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Proficiency with VMware vSphere/ESXi, monitoring platforms, and LDAP/Active Directory integration.
• Proficient written and spoken English at a minimum B2 level.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with availability for occasional on-call work.
