Infrastructure Administrator (VTOM/Linux/Windows) with French

Location: Katowice, Poland; candidates must be located in Poland and available for occasional visits to the Katowice office. Working hours: 9:00–17:00.

What you will do

• Act as an N3 integrator for business applications, coordinating integration, stability, and communication between technical and operational teams.
• Provide N2 application support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate and drive the resolution of complex incidents, changes, and integration activities across multiple teams.
• Monitor and improve application performance, availability, and reliability in production and integration environments.
• Support and administer Linux, Windows, and VTOM environments.

Requirements

• Very good French, minimum B1/B2, for communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in N2-level application support or application administration.
• Experience coordinating technical activities across multiple teams and working with varied stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in production and/or integration environments.
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and VTOM.
