What you will do

• Support single- and multi-camera filming requests in in-house studios and on location.
• Edit short-form, social-first videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Assist with live and pre-recorded content capture in visualised radio and podcast studios.
• Produce accurate subtitles and deliver different formats for social platforms.
• Perform basic audio clean-up and levelling, selecting suitable music and sound effects from approved libraries.
• Collaborate with shooters, editors, designers, and producers across multiple radio brands.

Requirements

• Experience using professional cameras, including the Sony FX3, FX6, and A7 range, with work samples available.
• Solid foundation in video editing, including recent short-form social video examples.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic audio clean-up and levelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly to tight deadlines and respond constructively to feedback.
• Willingness to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends during major events.

Nice to have

• Live studio experience.
• Experience with After Effects and Photoshop.
