What you will do

• Create social content designed to drive views, likes, comments, shares, and retention.
• Edit raw footage into polished, platform-native videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Optimize hooks, pacing, structure, and creative execution to improve performance.
• Track platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques.
• Contribute to brainstorms, kickoffs, ideation, and performance-driven strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor Creators, Art Directors, and Copywriters.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience creating content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, or interactive platforms.
• Professional experience as a video editor, preferably in advertising or digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Ability to execute video and motion design content from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of social platform best practices and performance metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills, accountability, initiative, and self-directed working style.
