What you will do

• Create content designed to build impactful consumer connections and drive views, likes, comments, and other attention metrics.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, platform-native videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Optimize hooks, pacing, structure, retention, and creative performance through continuous testing and iteration.
• Track platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brainstorms, kickoffs, rapid requests, and tight timelines.
• Mentor creators, art directors, and copywriters on ideation, execution, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, or related media.
• Professional experience as a video shooter and editor, preferably in advertising or digital media.
• Solid knowledge of lighting, framing, audio, and video production techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Ability to create content from start to finish, including video and motion design.
• Strong initiative, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
