Social Video Creative & Editor (Travel)

What you will do

• Create and edit social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Develop trend-driven brand storytelling using original footage, creator content, stock footage, user-generated content, and archival assets.
• Lead production and execution of short-form videos and social posts, including scripting, storyboarding, and creative development.
• Use AI and emerging creative tools to improve ideation, editing, and scalable content production.
• Appear in videos or provide voiceover content while helping shape the brand’s social voice.
• Manage production calendars, deadlines, asset organization, and additional video and photo editing needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing experience, preferably in TikTok, Reels, and other native social formats.
• Experience capturing social-first short-form videos and photos, typically 30–90 seconds in length.
• Experience creating social media content for a brand, either in an agency or in-house environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and in-app editing tools.
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Adobe Firefly.
• Strong communication, collaboration, independent working, creative judgment, and attention to detail.
