Senior Sheditor (Video)

Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Create video content designed to make impactful connections with consumers across social and digital platforms.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Apply current social video formats and editing techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms, kickoffs, team meetings, and design strategy.
• Mentor Creators, Creator Residents, Art Directors, and Copywriters on ideation, execution, and creative best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, or related media.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably in advertising or digital media.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, audio, and video production techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Ability to create content from start to finish, including video and motion design.
• Self-directed, accountable, collaborative, and able to foster positive cross-functional teamwork.
