Senior Security Technical Program Manager (Physical Security)

What you will do

• Lead regional physical security programs for new data centers, campus expansions, and major technology upgrades.
• Act as the primary customer-facing security representative throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate security milestones across design, construction, operations, networking, procurement, and customer security teams.
• Track schedules, risks, dependencies, security deliverables, dashboards, reporting metrics, and deployment documentation.
• Coordinate operational readiness, site commissioning, transition into operations, and temporary compensating controls.
• Manage project closeout documentation and lessons learned while ensuring customer acceptance without security-related delays.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex physical security, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology deployment programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, information technology, criminal justice, security management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience delivering physical security systems for hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving design, construction, networking, operations, procurement, and customer stakeholders.
• Knowledge of access control systems, video surveillance, security networking, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, security design standards, electronic security commissioning, system integration, and operational technology cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience working with security system integrators, engineering consultants, general contractors, and owner representatives.

Nice to have

• Genetec access control or Genetec Security Center certification.
• ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
