What you will do

• Drive revenue growth by converting Hotel Growth Initiative opportunities into commercial outcomes.
• Develop success metrics and provide data-driven insights for commercial initiatives.
• Lead commercial steering committees, communicate progress, and escalate delivery issues.
• Establish program structures using PMI standards for planning, controls, monitoring, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate project and product managers across functions to deliver strategic initiative goals.
• Translate commercial feedback and market insights into program-level opportunities and communicate value to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product or program management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities across teams and time zones.
• Experience translating between commercial and product perspectives and facilitating collaboration.
• Strong communication, storytelling, persuasion, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of business processes and experience recommending improvements or leading workshops.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PMI, APM, or PRINCE2.
