Senior Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for large-scale and high-complexity Enterprise Technology and AI initiatives.
• Define roadmaps, resource plans, success metrics, delivery tracking, status reporting, and risk escalation.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and Business Operations stakeholders to clarify problems, outcomes, and trade-offs.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum across distributed teams.
• Improve program governance frameworks, intake processes, and ways of working across the CIO organization.
• Translate technical and business requirements into actionable work plans and proactively mitigate portfolio risks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program management experience delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology and AI programs.
• Experience simplifying complex processes and structuring ambiguous problems.
• Ability to influence without authority, build trust with senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status, risk, and recommendation presentations.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT domains such as business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar program and project management methodologies, plus remote and globally distributed collaboration.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
