Senior Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for complex Enterprise Technology and AI initiatives, including scope, roadmaps, resourcing, and delivery tracking.
• Define success metrics, report program status and risks, and escalate issues with recommended solutions to leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders to clarify problems, outcomes, and solution trade-offs.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum across distributed teams.
• Improve program governance frameworks, intake processes, and ways of working across the CIO organization.
• Translate technical and business requirements into actionable plans and proactively mitigate portfolio risks and blockers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program management experience delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology and AI programs.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, simplify complex processes, and influence without formal authority.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to executive audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT domains such as business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency with program and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment with async collaboration and clear documentation.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Deep expertise in one or more enterprise IT domains.
