What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Translate complex strategic initiatives into clear messaging in collaboration with business leaders and corporate functions.
• Coordinate consistent communications across global markets while supporting local communication needs and change management initiatives.
• Write executive messages, company announcements, newsletters, intranet content, and presentation materials.
• Manage and optimize intranet, email, virtual, and in-person communication channels.
• Build media and stakeholder relationships, support external relations, and help strengthen and protect the corporate reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
• Strategic thinking skills and the ability to convert business strategy into actionable communication plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with communication platforms, content management systems, digital communication tools, and communication effectiveness metrics.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or fashion.
• Global or multi-market communication experience.
• Crisis communication experience.
