Country Communications Associate Manager with English and French

What you will do

• Develop and execute internal, external, and issues communications aligned with DXC’s corporate narrative and campaigns.
• Organize and facilitate quarterly country leader town halls and additional communications for people managers and employees.
• Develop local announcements, policy updates, organizational communications, press releases, and media materials.
• Build proactive earned-media engagement and respond to incoming media inquiries.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications during crises with HR, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, resilience, and business leaders.
• Adapt and translate global communications for local language, cultural context, works councils, unions, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong strategic communication planning, execution, writing, and cultural adaptation skills.
• Fluency in English and French required; Dutch is preferred.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Employment Law, Ethics & Compliance, and business leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in crisis communications.
• Advanced degree or relevant communications and change-management certifications.
• Familiarity with European labor laws and works councils processes.
• Additional languages, especially Eastern European languages.
