What you will do
- Set and execute the earned media agenda for product launches, corporate announcements, and ongoing campaigns.
- Build relationships with technology, business, and AI journalists, podcasters, and independent influencers.
- Translate 's corporate narrative into media stories, thought leadership, bylines, panels, and executive visibility programs.
- Lead issues and crisis communications, including response materials, escalation paths, and coordinated messaging.
- Develop employee communications, employer-brand campaigns, and change-communications programs for remote and in-office employees.
- Manage and scale the global Corporate Communications team and PR agency while building workflows, measurement systems, and AI-assisted operations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in corporate communications across external and internal communications.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and agencies.
- Strong B2B technology background, ideally in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with familiarity with GPUs, AI inference, and memory architectures.
- Hands-on player-coach approach with experience pitching, writing, editing, and running measurable PR campaigns.
- Daily practical use of AI tools, with the judgment to identify where they accelerate communications work and where they fall short.
- Experience with media relations, executive visibility, generative engine optimization, crisis communications, change communications, and global growth-stage technology companies.
Nice to have
- Experience navigating a category transition or corporate repositioning.
- A combination of agency and in-house communications experience.
