ERP & Business Transformation Senior Consultant (ERP)

Location: Hybrid, principally in-person across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $90,000–$117,000 annually.

What you will do

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, project status sessions, and recommendations presentations.
• Document business requirements, current- and future-state processes, project decisions, risks, action items, and status updates.
• Support ERP configuration, testing, process validation, conference room pilots, training, data conversion, and data validation.
• Analyze accounting and manufacturing processes, including chart of accounts, financial reporting, costing, inventory valuation, and operational workflows.
• Track project tasks and deadlines, prepare agendas and follow-up materials, and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate activities among client accounting, operations, engineering, management, and internal project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• ERP experience, preferably with Plex.
• At least one year of experience supporting ERP configuration, testing, or implementation.
• At least three years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing costing knowledge and understanding of chart of accounts design and ERP systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
