Professional Services Consultant

Location: Raleigh, NC; hybrid work with in-person collaboration at the South Jordan, UT office two days per week on Tuesday and Thursday.

What you will do

• Design and execute customized consulting engagements for Fortune 500 stakeholders.
• Guide enterprise clients in using Lucid solutions to achieve transformation outcomes and develop enablement programs.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops on digital transformation, AI and process transformation, and corporate change management.
• Analyze ambiguous business environments, identify customer friction points, and prescribe structured visual solutions.
• Translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights and scalable Professional Services methodologies.
• Convert successful client outcomes into case studies and present at industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a highly consultative, customer-facing role such as Professional Services, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence, process management, or enterprise architecture.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture concepts, AWS, Azure, GCP, or infrastructure visualization.
• Experience managing and presenting to Director, VP, and C-suite enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience turning chaotic, ambiguous enterprise environments into structured project deliverables.
• Hybrid availability with in-person collaboration at the South Jordan, Utah office two days per week, Tuesday and Thursday.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical, business, or related analytical field.
• Previous engineering, R&D, or software development experience.
• Cloud, enterprise architecture, process management, or project management certifications.
• Experience leading large-scale global rollouts of productivity, collaboration, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
