What you will do

• Act as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team, collaborating with Project Managers and Functional Consultants.
• Deploy and configure standard hirify.global integrations with customer ERP systems.
• Guide and support customers in the use of hirify.global REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.
• Configure hirify.global SaaS applications according to best-practice guidelines.
• Implement Data Capture solutions and EDI invoice imports.
• Collaborate with technical peers across Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and APIs.
• Previous experience in IT system implementations, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work evening shifts.
• Structured working approach and the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX / F&O, NAV / Business Central), or Infor M3.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs.
• Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Background in Spend Management or Source-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
