Lead Python Developer

Location: Jaipur, India; office-based four days per week with remote work available on Fridays

hirify.global is hiring for a role focused on secure, scalable web-scraping and automated portal interaction solutions.

What you will do

• Design and implement scraping solutions with Python, Playwright, and AWS services.
• Automate JavaScript-heavy and authentication-secured websites, including MFA, CAPTCHA, session, and token-based login flows.
• Architect serverless scraping pipelines with Lambda, Step Functions, S3, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.
• Build fault-tolerant systems for high-volume data extraction with retries and intelligent logging.
• Integrate workflows across portals, APIs, and data sources while contributing to architecture, tooling, code reviews, and deployments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Python development experience focused on automation and data extraction.
• Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, and requests.
• Experience handling MFA, CAPTCHA, sessions, cookies, tokens, and authentication mechanisms.
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, headless browsers, JavaScript-rendered content, HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformation.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, infrastructure as code, orchestration tools, and secure enterprise portals.

Nice to have

• Background in data engineering or ETL workflows.
• Experience with Python testing frameworks and unit or integration testing.
