Tech Lead - Python Developer

What you will do

• Develop automation solutions from intake and design through debugging, testing, and production implementation.
• Build and maintain automations using Python, Blue Prism, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio, and related platforms.
• Maintain and debug more than 500 existing automation processes, improving runtime, reliability, and operational accuracy.
• Review automation code and documentation for alignment with governance, sustainability, and organizational standards.
• Lead meetings with business collaborators to identify automation opportunities and guide successful implementations.
• Mentor junior engineers, support proof-of-concept work, and incorporate AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows where applicable.

Requirements

• High-level Python skills and proven experience with Blue Prism automation and Power Automate.
• At least 3 years of experience in automation development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, CoPilot Studio, OpenAI, or Snowflake Cortex.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources, ERP systems, and legacy environments.
• Strong communication, organization, adaptability, independent working, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with R, SQL, Java, C++, C#, HTML, Selenium, Snowflake, data warehouse solutions, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with IPA, Anaplan, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Concur.
