Sr Programmer 10515 - Workato Integration & AI Automation Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes, custom connectors, API recipes, webhooks, callable recipes, and automation workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Snowflake, marketing platforms, and other SaaS applications.
• Build reusable Python components, APIs, utilities, and services for data processing, API orchestration, AI integrations, and automation.
• Design end-to-end integration architecture, system interactions, data flows, and event-driven processing.
• Develop AI/GenAI-powered automations, agentic workflows, MCP integrations, and RAG-based applications using enterprise data and LLMs.
• Implement error handling, retries, logging, monitoring, observability, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Workato experience.
• Strong experience with Workato recipes, custom connectors, API Platform/API Recipes, webhooks, callable recipes, error handling, monitoring, and complex data transformations.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, API authentication, webhooks, and data integration patterns.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architecture and system-to-system data flows across multiple SaaS and enterprise applications.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-powered automation, AI agents, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Ability to independently design and implement end-to-end automation solutions.
