Global Banking & Markets Operations - New York - Analyst - Trade Processing

Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite at the New York office

Salary: USD 70,000–95,000 annual base salary, with potential discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage trade allocation, confirmation, matching, settlement, and payment processes for secured and unsecured funding businesses.
• Support liquidity management, counterparty risk management, client transparency, and reference data activities.
• Design and implement optimized workflows and control frameworks to reduce financial, reputational, and regulatory risks.
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders to introduce new systems and improve existing tools and controls.
• Support market-wide regulatory initiatives and represent the business in cross-department and industry-driven projects.
• Analyze and resolve exceptions, escalating risk items to management and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in trade processing, middle-office operations, liquidity management, or financial markets operations.
• Ability to manage control checks and resolve trade, workflow, and risk exceptions.
• Ability to collaborate with trading and sales desks, agent banks, market counterparts, technology teams, and global operations.
• Ability to support regulatory change implementation and compliance activities.
