Trade Operations, Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in the San Francisco, California office

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annual base salary plus annual bonus for San Francisco residents

What you will do

• Review, process, monitor, and settle trade transactions accurately and on time.
• Become the central source of knowledge for active transactions and coordinate the full transaction lifecycle.
• Identify operational risks and ensure trades comply with internal controls and SEC/FINRA requirements.
• Work with brokers, issuers, clients, and internal Business Development, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve trade-related issues.
• Participate in implementing new trading systems and improving existing processes.
• Maintain complete transaction documentation and operational records.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in operations, consulting, finance, accounting, fund management, and/or law.
• Strong critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure situations and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to obtain SIE and Series 99 licenses within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office 2–3 days per week.
• Ability to operate a computer for 8 hours per day and exchange detailed information verbally and in writing.
