Salary: $99,400–$142,000 (Base salary in New York)

What you will do

• Execute daily trade operations workflows including cash, position, and trade reconciliations.
• Ensure timely settlement of trades and resolve client-side and street-side trade breaks.
• Monitor and process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events.
• Maintain accuracy of positions, cash balances, and clearing data across firm systems.
• Partner with Compliance, Finance, and Engineering teams to support regulatory reporting and system enhancements.
• Identify operational risk issues and contribute to process improvement and control documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in brokerage or trade operations at a broker-dealer, exchange, or clearing firm.
• Working knowledge of FINRA/SEC regulatory frameworks.
• Intermediate skills in SQL and managing large data sets.
• FINRA Series 99 required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 certifications.
