Global Payroll Implementation Specialist (EMEA/LATAM)

hirify.global builds a global employment and HR platform with payroll, employment, and workforce management capabilities.

What you will do

• Act as the primary customer contact during implementation of Global Payroll products and services.
• Collect and validate customer and employee payroll data for new setups across legal entities.
• Configure the Global Payroll platform and coordinate parallel payroll runs, tax reconciliation, and go-live activities.
• Verify payroll and tax configurations against statutory requirements and hand over completed payrolls to Payroll Operations.
• Provide customer training and ongoing support on payroll processes and country-specific requirements.
• Improve process documentation and the payroll platform through UAT testing and automation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in global payroll implementation, payroll processing, statutory tax regulations, and payroll operations.
• Several years of experience setting up technical implementations on local payroll software.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end global payroll and HR processes, accounting reconciliations, and data management.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders with strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and ability to work in a MacBook Pro environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English required; ability to work asynchronously in an international environment.

• Previous hirify.global-work experience.
• Working knowledge of Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, or Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of DACH payroll software.
