What you will do

• Develop complex analyses, forecasts, and performance reports to support management decisions.
• Drive data transparency and quality initiatives to ensure reliable reporting across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on increasing efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
• Act as a business partner between operational teams and management, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in business analytics, performance management, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for working with complex datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365.
• Interest in cloud-based data platforms, preferably Databricks.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and engage with stakeholders at various management levels.
