Senior Manager, Global Workforce Planning & Transformation

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $170,000–$235,000 base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and workforce optimization for global customer operations supporting more than 4,000 agents.
• Develop staffing plans aligned with member demand, service-level objectives, employee experience, and financial goals.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Vendor Management, Analytics, and Technology teams on workforce strategy and long-term growth.
• Monitor workforce performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend staffing adjustments.
• Improve forecast accuracy, staffing efficiency, schedule effectiveness, and workforce performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing workforce management team while promoting accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of workforce management experience in large-scale customer operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management, and workforce analytics.
• Experience supporting thousands of agents across multiple geographies, channels, and outsourced vendor partners.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate workforce data into recommendations for operational and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cross-functional initiatives.
