Senior Product Manager - BillingCenter (Fintech)

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $148,000–$254,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Own a defined area of BillingCenter end to end, from customer discovery and prioritization through specification, launch, and adoption.
• Run the discovery-to-delivery loop by speaking with carriers, documenting problems, writing specifications, and measuring post-launch outcomes.
• Contribute evidence and product perspective to the Billing roadmap and prioritization process.
• Build relationships with carrier billing operations, finance, and IT leaders and translate findings into product investments.
• Partner with engineering and design on scope, sequencing, trade-offs, APIs, data models, integrations, and cloud delivery.
• Coordinate with product managers across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, hirify.global Cloud Platform, payments, and integrations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience, including enterprise B2B SaaS products serving large customers.
• Direct experience with property and casualty insurance, preferably billing, payments, premium accounting, commissions, or disbursements.
• Direct experience with billing, payments, or fintech systems such as invoicing, payment processing, collections, reconciliation, or treasury.
• Experience shipping meaningful product features end to end, from problem discovery through adoption.
• Technical fluency sufficient to read API contracts, reason about data models, and participate in design discussions with senior engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to translate between customer needs, product specifications, and engineering details.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global InsuranceSuite, Duck Creek, Majesco, or comparable core insurance platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML or agentic features in a production product.
• Experience with cloud or SaaS migration for a large installed base of on-premises customers.
• Experience working with carrier finance, treasury, or accounting stakeholders.
• Prior experience as an engineer, solutions architect, business analyst, or implementation consultant on core insurance systems.
