Principal Supply Chain Professional

Location: Sterling/Dulles, Virginia, United States; onsite work is required as needed. Relocation assistance is not available. U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. security clearance are required.

Salary: $99,000–$206,000 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Support proposal preparation, contract negotiations, administration, and closeout.
• Draft, review, and negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, and contract modifications.
• Manage customer and supplier relationships and ensure overall contract and supply chain performance.
• Advise senior management on customer, supplier, compliance, and contract issues.
• Research regulations, identify risks, interpret requirements, and formulate recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-business stakeholders and manage multiple assignments to schedule deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in contracts and supply chain, acquisition/procurement, subcontract management, negotiations, or related fields.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with at least a CI Polygraph are required on the first day; willingness to upgrade is required.
• Knowledge of cost reimbursement, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, NDA, SOW, teaming, subcontract, and commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and prime-customer flow-down provisions.
• Experience with cost structures, material and development estimates, performance requirements, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; relevant experience requirements also include 8 years with a university degree or 5 years with an advanced degree.
