What you will do

• Lead sourcing and supplier management for major avionics and vehicle components while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Develop supply chain strategies covering supplier selection, long-term agreements, and capacity planning for Terran R build schedules.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Planning, and other stakeholders to support design for manufacturability and program milestones.
• Drive supplier performance through risk management, contract negotiations, recovery plans, KPIs, and milestone tracking.
• Mentor team members and build expertise in aerospace manufacturing processes and supplier development.
• Improve sourcing processes, supplier health, and overall program readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
• Direct experience managing aerospace avionics commodities, such as PCBs, PCBAs, machined components, harnesses, EEE components, or instrumentation.
• Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities and improving supplier performance.
• Experience negotiating contracts, managing milestone-based agreements, assessing supplier risk, modeling costs, and planning capacity.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent, plus knowledge of machining, PCB/PCBA, harness manufacturing, AS9100, NADCAP, supplier qualification, audit, NPD, or NPI processes.

• MBA or an advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
