Salary: $117,800–$207,200 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Support corporate development strategy through competitive intelligence and industry segment mapping.
• Source and evaluate potential acquisition targets based on investment theses.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and contribute to business case development.
• Support project management across due diligence, analytics, documentation, and executive reporting.
• Contribute to post-acquisition integration, minority investments, divestitures, partnerships, and special initiatives.
• Advance AI tools used in the corporate development team’s workflow.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, transaction services, corporate development, or strategic finance.
• Understanding of accounting concepts covering the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and presentation building.
• Strong analytical, communication, judgment, discretion, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
• Experience in enterprise software is preferred; direct customer-experience exposure and M&A experience are beneficial.
