Salary: $105,050–$161,800 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Evaluate and execute acquisitions, divestitures, and other investment opportunities across hirify.global’s global business units.
• Build and maintain valuation and financial models.
• Prepare data-driven presentations for executive decision-making.
• Support cross-functional due diligence, including question-list coordination and forecast financial modeling with business units.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and technology-sector research.
• Improve Corporate Development practices and integrate AI tools into deal workflows.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction services, private equity, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical judgment, communication skills, resilience, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, output quality, or deal velocity.
