Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $212,000–$287,000 per year, with potential eligibility for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive the full M&A process, including inorganic strategy, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiations.
• Manage cross-functional due diligence involving multiple hirify.global functions.
• Apply financial and valuation analysis to M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare written narratives and presentations for business unit leaders and senior corporate executives.
• Coordinate integration planning and execution with the Integration team.
• Develop relationships with industry contacts, venture capital and private equity investors, and investment banking and advisory executives.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or related roles.
• MBA or equivalent experience is desired.
• Excellent valuation and analytical skills, creative problem-solving ability, and strong business judgment.
• Superior written and verbal communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead teams, build senior executive relationships, learn quickly, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
