What you will do
- Manage software integration projects throughout customer onboarding as the primary integration contact.
- Scope, plan, and deliver standard and custom integrations with Customer Success Managers and Developers.
- Lead technical discovery calls, gather requirements, and produce technical documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, timelines, stakeholder communication, and project priorities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, escalate complex problems, and improve workflows through automation and standardization.
- Document integration processes and maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge base content.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or software implementation, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience with APIs, SSO, JSON, XML, data exchange, Azure, and ERP or CRM systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
