What you will do

• Perform in-depth financial analysis of value-add commercial properties and high-yield mortgage loans.
• Monitor quarterly financials to identify strengths, weaknesses, and investment risks.
• Oversee property performance and manage loan strategies, including travel to properties.
• Communicate investment insights and recommendations to senior leadership and investors.
• Assist with borrower negotiations, loan modifications, and annual operating budget approvals.
• Develop efficient working relationships across the Real Estate Finance Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial real estate and analytical experience.
• Ability to interpret complex loan documents and develop effective strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of analytical and market research tools such as CoStar, RCA, or Argus.
