Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: New York, NY; on-site five days a week

Base salary: $200,000–$300,000 per year, plus equity and performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Own the full customer engagement lifecycle from the first demo through implementation, launch, and expansion.
• Run demos, visit customers onsite, understand their workflows, and translate findings into solution architecture and POCs.
• Drive implementation plans and coordinate deliverables across product, engineering, and sales.
• Roll out the platform in person, monitor adoption, run QBRs, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Bring customer feedback to product and engineering, build bespoke demos and MVPs, and champion new product areas.
• Train internal teams to become product experts and serve as the primary point of accountability for customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Versatile experience across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions.
• Working fluency in Python or TypeScript and comfort with modern API design.
• Experience in fintech, trading systems, or enterprise SaaS, ideally with end-to-end customer ownership.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders or leading onsite workshops.
• Customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial, and highly curious approach to problem-solving.
