Deployment Strategist (SaaS/AI)

Location: New York City, NY, United States; on-site

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Build customer relationships and lead technical deployment projects for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Explore and document product functionality across the web application and API.
• Develop deployment best practices and improve internal deployment efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to bring customers live.
• Represent customer needs to the product organization and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Help customers realize business value from the platform during and after deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Ability to guide customers through SaaS or AI platform deployments and work with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Technical curiosity, with familiarity using product data, internal databases, code parsing, or SQL.
• Ability to break down complex projects, manage competing priorities, overcome roadblocks, and drive outcomes.
