Deployment Lead (AI)

Location: New York City metropolitan area; in-person, five days a week in office. Candidates must be located in the area or be open to relocation.

Salary: $180,000–$300,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Own client relationships from discovery and scoping through deployment and long-term collaboration.
• Configure tailored analyses and deliver simulation-driven insights to senior client stakeholders, including CEOs and CMOs.
• Translate rough direction into complex, high-quality, client-ready deliverables independently and at speed.
• Coordinate engineering, product, and commercial teams to keep deployments on track.
• Identify and scope new engagement opportunities across industries.
• Work directly with company founders and clients to manage simulations, projects, and ongoing needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or in strategic operations at a high-growth startup.
• Experience owning workstreams or client relationships rather than only providing support.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data and communicate findings clearly in writing and in person.
• Ability to shape ambiguous requests into clear workstreams, identify issues early, and deliver independently.
• Willingness to work fully in person in New York City.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and global affairs.

• Multilingual abilities.
