Salary: $103,600β$148,000 USD base pay, excluding bonus, equity, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, independent Scrum teams, and three engineering organizations.
- Design and operate a centralized intake process that triages requests, estimates effort, and converts demand into rolling roadmaps and execution plans.
- Lead weekly execution reviews covering active initiatives, production incidents, service health, OKRs, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate release planning and production readiness for capacity expansions, provisioning, and new service onboarding.
- Align infrastructure, software engineering, and product stakeholders on commitments, scope, and change control.
- Replace manual tracking with JIRA-based structures and establish SDLC standards to improve delivery predictability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Engineering or Technical Program Management, including at least 2 years in a TPM role.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
- Proficiency with JIRA dashboards, JIRA Structure, and advanced tracking methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering or Technical Program Management.
- Hands-on engineering experience with low-level networking, protocols, network configuration, and routing.
- Deep networking industry knowledge and the ability to translate architectural risks into actionable plans.
