Senior Technical Program Manager (AI/DevSecOps)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Salary: $203,200–$345,600 USD per year for United States residents

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs from initial scope through launch, scaled adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives across product, engineering, data, and security, including AI platform capabilities, developer tools, infrastructure modernization, and security programs.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps while aligning priorities, tradeoffs, and decisions with executive leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate distributed teams across time zones through asynchronous communication, structured plans, and regular status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, balancing delivery speed, quality, reliability, and customer impact.
• Partner with customer success and cross-functional teams on communication plans and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex technical programs in product, engineering, data, or security environments from inception through scaled adoption.
• Strong background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps technology companies, with the ability to quickly learn AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience influencing outcomes at division or company-wide scale, including impact on market position and revenue.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, executive reporting, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex reliability programs across multiple engineering organizations and resolving enterprise-level challenges.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada or the United States.
