Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $93,000–$160,000 per year, excluding potential bonuses, benefits, and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Drive key product deliverables through the full software development cycle with software engineers, product managers, quality engineers, and business leadership.
• Translate product vision and global strategy into concrete technical goals, team tasks, and prioritized issues.
• Track project status, anticipate risks, resolve roadblocks, and stabilize delivery.
• Improve collaboration and coordination across technical teams by aligning stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Partner with customer-facing engineering teams on product implementation, rollout, and support.

Requirements

• Relevant technical degree or experience in a software-related field, such as systems engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
• At least 2 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex software development projects for an enterprise software company or startup.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and learn technical concepts.
• Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US security clearance.
• Strong judgment, composure under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships with customer-facing teams.
