Focus on analyzing supply chain risks, developing acquisition and logistics documentation, and strengthening product support strategies across complex aviation program lifecycles.

What you will do

  • Support Integrated Product Support research, analysis, development, integration, and logistics data coordination.
  • Develop and review acquisition documentation, including Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists, Data Item Descriptions, Work Breakdown Structures, schedules, and lifecycle cost estimates.
  • Support milestone activities, documentation reviews, design reviews, and Integrated Product Team participation.
  • Analyze Supply Chain Risk Management issues involving sourcing, procurement, cybersecurity, manufacturing quality, and DMSMS.
  • Evaluate logistics operations, product support arrangements, and deployment environments to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain logistics documentation, including LCSPs, Core Logistics Determinations, Sustainment Workload Estimates, Independent Logistics Assessments, and IUID Plans.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret Clearance are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience supporting Integrated Product Support for Army or Department of War acquisition programs, or a high school diploma with at least 16 years of progressive related experience.
  • Familiarity with acquisition program processes, procedures, IPS management, and applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Experience managing and executing complex logistics or acquisition projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Risk Management, including cyber risk.
  • Experience with Aviation Acquisition Program Offices.
