Project Logistics Analyst (Security Clearance)

What you will do

• Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data covering product availability, transportation reliability, delivery, sourcing, and distribution.
• Track product flow from origin to delivery using web-based logistics systems and inventory and shipment monitoring tools.
• Maintain logistics databases and monitor shipment, invoice, inventory, and delivery information.
• Review transportation costs, parts procurement, back orders, fulfillment metrics, and warehouse inventory transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Interface with the Corporate Manufacturing, Production, and Purchasing department.

Requirements

• Eligibility for a security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics.
• Knowledge of shipping and distribution channels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with Windows, Microsoft Office, CostPoint, and MRP systems.
